At Dingle Community Primary School, we are committed to the development of children as individuals and ensure every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential. Our intention is that, when children leave our school, they do so with the knowledge, understanding and skills to be able to thrive in the wider world and live healthy, safe and responsible lives.

Through effective RSE we aim to develop the personal skills needed by children if they are to establish and maintain positive relationships.

We aim for our pupils to:

 Develop an attitude of a responsible global citizen

 Show tolerance of others beliefs, religions and life choices

 Be able to build positive, respectful relationships with other people

 Develop sufficient knowledge to safeguard themselves by enabling them to recognise situations that are unsafe
