Friday 8th May is the 75th Anniversary of VE Day, so here is your craft challenge for the week.

 

• Research what VE Day is all about and why we mark it.
• Then decorate part of your house in red, white and blue, ready for the day itself and send me a photo. 

 

Do as little or as much as you like and be as creative as you want! Send your photos to info@dingle.dudley.sch.uk by Thursday 7th May and I'll upload them so that we can see how everyone is marking the day. 

 

If you do anything special on the day itself, please feel free to send me photos and I will add them to the website to share with everyone else. Whilst teachers will not be setting any home learning tasks for that day, it would be wonderful if the children could spend the day finding out about VE Day and celebrating this special anniversary.
